HER
Looking the first poem is doesn’t really have a title, though is a free verse as stated. looking at the grammar is properly punctuated, correct use of grammar with exceptional use of expression. It’s a long poem with a combination of it being narrative and epic too. It is lengthy and very narrative as the poet expresses the emotions through the character. The overview it is a very good poem as it draws the reader in and keeps the reader connected to the emotions of the poet through expression. Mostly about how this woman in love and naïve to realise a form of abuse, though she does realise it but chooses to stay committed to her lover and accepts the danger that comes with it. through the advises given yet she chooses to follow her heart for she believes loving this man is within her sanity.
BASKETBALL COURT 1
It is a very lengthy poem, with a full-on narration. This can conclude as also it is narrative poem and epic too as it has the characters to these poems too. Looking at the grammar of the poem, correct punctuation, the words are of an exceptional writer who understands the use of language. The setting of this poem is a basketball court, as it explains in a nutshell a young man with a deep issue. mostly a childhood upbringing and the value of the only present parent to play the part. He explains his mother’s journey in raising him. The tattoo symbolises that love and appreciation for her. It is overall a good poem and not only emotional but empowering too give thanks to the only people that matter in our lives. Also is an Elegy as loss is portrayed in the poem.
BASKETBALL COURT 2
The continuous of the first verse, it has the characteristics of the first verse. as this woman comforts her beloved through the great ordeal he faces, the journey through such emotions of sadness. The grammar: the use of language is good as the words interlink with the mood of the poem itself. Mostly about the love and support of your partner. This reflects on true love and protection.
TIME, LIBERATION NAD MELIANIN.
This a free verse, as it’s stated by the poet and looking the narration of the poem also makes it a narrative poem. Lastly it is a very lengthy poem reflecting characteristics of an epic too. The use of language seems too be looking good, the punctuation too is used correctly. Its liberation mostly encouraging, the feeling of reclaiming the strength of the black nation the roots lost the love ones had for one another and the support too.

Its rhyming in its own way, it’s a rhymed poem. Not necessarily a lengthy poem in the sense. It is a long poem with about twenty lines, it has a rhyming pattern of its own. The poem is of the poet apologizing and showing regret for a certain thing they might have done. The grammar is good not mostly vastly but correctly used.

It has 14 lines but it’s not a sonnet, as its not of love but of encouragement instead. Though it might be of love but it’s a nurturing love, the love of a friend, a sibling or a parent. this is not the romantic type. It is a short, self-explanatory poem. This poet gives positivity to the other person mostly to the readers.

This poem consists of 16 lines, very short an expression of loss. Meaning it’s an elegy poem, the setting as is the graveyard and the burial of a loved one. The use of grammar isn’t that much of it used but correctly used. It rhymes too.

It consists of 17 lines and by the structure and narration of this poem it involves nature such as the heavens, the clouds etc. this is a pastoral poem. The use of grammar is correctly used, it is a commandment poem of strong emotions upon the rebirth of a huge storm or Mother nature.

This is a very short poem with about thirteen lines, its an elegy because it speaks of spirits meaning the afterlife, a powerful poem with the correct punctuation.

It consists of thirteen lines and it’s an elegy as it speaks of the afterlife which is death. The grammar is correctly used and minimal, mostly exclamation. portrays how proud death is and how it is confident in taking away.

It consists of 15 lines and doesn’t rhyme; it is not categorized as I can’t place it in. it is about democracy and the celebration of it. The grammar is correctly use of punctuation.
My dark path
It has 21 lines, consist of no rhyme. though it involves spirits meaning the afterlife and nature. It is both a pastoral and an elegy. The punctuation is correctly used as to the correct language use.
The spectrum of light
It consists of 13 lines, in a build-up of landscapes and nature meaning that it is a pastoral poem.it doesn’t rhyme therefor there is not rhyme pattern. The correct use of punctuation is visible.it also involves the poet explaining emotions about herself which also means that it also a soliloquy.
The revival of demons
This is a very short poem consisting of very little lines, 6 lines. It is a pastoral poem as it involves nature. Seas etc. has correct punctuation and use of language, with no rhymes and no errors.

This is a very short poem with 11 lines, it’s a soliloquy as the poet expresses her emotions to the readers. It is an emotional poem as the poet pours out her motions in the open mostly sad emotions. The grammar has corrected use of punctuation.

This poem explores the balance between the moon and the afterlife as these two interlink.
